James M. Case

James M. Case, 65, of Liverpool, NY peacefully passed away at Francis House on Friday, June 24, 2011, surrounded by his family.
He was a 1963 graduate of St. Anthony of Padua . After high school he served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Era. After serving in the Navy, he worked for Niagara Mohawk for more than 30 years, retiring 10 years ago. He was an avid golfer and was a member of Drumlins Country Club. For the past 12 years he was a proud member at Kanon Valley Country Club. Jim was also a founding member of N.A.V.A.C.
Jim was predeceased by his parents, Donald Case and Genevieve Van Dyke Case, and his brother Donald in 2008.
Surviving are his children, Caroline Rivard (Jim)of Amelia, Ohio, Corey Case (Kim)of Ossining, NY, Shannon Loughran (Michael),of Goshen, NY and Adam Case(Jennifer)of Yorktown Heights, NY, nine grandchildren, Emily and Nathan Rivard, Aidan and Maeve Case, Caleigh, Molly and Jack Loughran, Peyton and Griffin Case, his siblings, Patrick Case(Kathleen), Greg Case(Michelle), and Kelly Case Dudden and many nieces and nephews. There will be a celebration of life in August. The family would like to thank Tony and Phyllis Crisafulli and Maggie and Jim Rentos for the special time and care they have shown our father.
